About the Role:

Xerox Corporation, a leading information services technology company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to support the growth of our business in the O'ahu, HI area. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving outside business-to-business (B2B) sales, managing the entire sales cycle, and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Xerox products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Specialists and Product/Program Subject-Matter Experts, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales experience in a technology or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement, with a willingness to take calculated risks and try innovative approaches.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
