Ambulatory Care Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinic Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group South.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of clinical staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our ambulatory care setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, including nurses and medical assistants, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Oversee patient flow, workflows, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for professional development and growth within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ambulatory care setting.
- Experience in leadership or management roles, with a proven track record of success in staff supervision, patient flow, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $$44.73 - $70.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to your base pay, you may be eligible for bonuses, shift differentials, overtime pay, and other forms of compensation.
