We are seeking an Onboarding/Verification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing in-house background checks for all new hires at Sun River Health. This role ensures that all pre-employment requirements are met and that the onboarding process is efficient and compliant with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, and a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in onboarding, human resources, or a related area. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is also required. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders, and have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of verification processes and healthcare industry experience is a plus.
