Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our per diem medical staffing team in Santa Barbara County. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing high-quality patient care and building meaningful relationships.

About the Role

This LVN position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to choose from a range of shifts and locations throughout the county. With our locally owned company, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and documenting patient progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
  • A valid California LVN license in good standing.
  • A background check and drug screen clearance.
  • Certification in CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • The ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
