At Perinatal Associates of New Mexico, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in our Santa Fe office. This is a full-time position that will support the daily operations of our office.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. As a Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and patient interactions simultaneously, while also maintaining accurate records and adhering to our high standards of patient care.

Salary and Benefits

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a medical office setting
  • Proficiency in EMR systems

In addition, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive patient information.

Work Location

This role will be based in our Santa Fe office, where you will work in person with our team.
