The Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing and identifying patient problems/needs, establishing a plan of care, implementing and evaluating care provided to patients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of a school of nursing
- One year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of The William W. Backus Hospital Nurse Residency Program
- Ability to obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 90 days of hire
- Current unrestricted License in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- BSN or MSN degree
- Two or more years experience in this specific clinical area
- Certification in clinical area
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as Basic Life Support (BLS), department-specific certifications, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
