Addiction Treatment Services Manager

We are committed to addressing the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of opioid use disorder to help our patients achieve long-term recovery and an improved quality of life.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of $$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will supervise our clinical team, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Direct and supervise all intake operations
- Review intake assessments for quality
- Direct pre-admission decisions, case reviews, and counseling meetings
- Maintain a small caseload
- Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in ongoing staff supervision through meetings, training sessions, and literature reviews
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Counseling or a related field (LCPC or LCSW required)
- Computer experience and proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHRs), preferably SMART EHR
- Prior supervisory experience and a positive attitude towards working with chemically dependent patients
