Research Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing research studies involving children and adult participants, including neurodiverse individuals with diagnoses of depression, autism, and/or ADHD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participant outreach and scheduling
- Administration of standardized behavioral assessments
- Operation of MRI scanner (training will be provided)
- Maintenance and development of analysis software
- Technical support for lab personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or social science/education field
- Two years' specialized research experience
- Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good judgment with confidential/sensitive information about participants
Preferred Qualifications:
- Regular availability on Saturdays and Sundays
- Some afternoons/evenings availability
