Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Current Arizona licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Certified or eligible to be certified as an NP or PA in the state of Arizona
  • Open to both experienced and newly graduated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
