Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is approximately $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
Job Description- Assist Account Executives and Associate Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes and undertaking client-facing and internal activities.
- Support brokers in Commercial Risk business, particularly with complex clients.
- Perform submission assembly/creation, facilitate information flow between clients and account teams, handle client open items, and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Analyze data, draft stewardship reports, and create convincing presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Actively support and monitor renewal processes, coordinate with Aon Client Services (ACS), and serve as primary point of contact with Premium Accounts.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, serving independently in a client-facing capacity.
- Handle routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries, endorsement requests, and policy transmittals.
- Monitor invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections, addressing and resolving problems.
- May provide guidance and mentoring to less senior account specialists.
- Ensure tools are understood and used.
