Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate with educators and families in San Rafael, California.

This is a full-time position at a school where you will develop and implement behavior intervention plans to positively impact students' academic success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as a Behavior Specialist.
  • Board Certification as a BCBA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
