Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as meal preparation and medication reminders
- Escort residents using wheelchairs or walkers, if necessary
- Participate in Life Enrichment activities, promoting resident engagement and socialization
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving or healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
