Operations Manager - Denver Office

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our customer service team in our Denver office. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10-20 customer service representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, leveraging your leadership skills to drive performance and exceed goals.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to streamline processes, optimize efficiencies, and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs to support employee development and career advancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in operations or sales management, with a track record of successfully leading teams of 10-20 employees.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.
