POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests, and upholding the high standards of A Good Egg Dining Group's mission of EXTREME HOSPITALITY.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Manage the efficient seating of guests, taking into account their preferences and the flow of service in the restaurant.
• Answer phone calls professionally and according to restaurant standards, providing clear and concise information to guests.
• Take reservations and enter them on Resy, ensuring accurate and timely communication with guests.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting times and accommodate special seating requests whenever possible.
• Seat guests based on their preferences, balancing customer flow in service stations and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Offer guests a menu and inform them of their server's name, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
• Relay messages to servers, bus staff, and management as needed, ensuring effective communication and guest satisfaction.
• Help with bussing and drink service as needed, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return, fostering a loyal customer base and promoting repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS
No previous restaurant experience is required, but a passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY and exceptional grooming habits are essential. You must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours) and communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
