Automation Engineering Specialist

Job Summary:

Selectek is seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Specialist to work on projects in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and controls design, with experience in PLC programming and configuration in Siemens and Allen Bradley ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and program PLC/HMI hardware
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Provide expert technical advice on PLC/HMI systems to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering
  • 5+ years of experience working in automation and controls design
  • Able to travel up to 30% and work in an on-call rotation

Working Conditions:

Monday – Friday, normal work hours. Candidates will be required to work in an on-call rotation every 9-10 weeks.
