Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marina Dockhand to join our team. As a Marina Dockhand, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our marina, including boat maintenance, customer service, and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine boat maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing boats
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including orientations, guidance, and assistance with boat operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the docks, grounds, and surrounding areas
  • Operate our vessels around the marina, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests
  • Assist with boat rentals, sales, and services, as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a marina or boat maintenance environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
