About the Role:

You'll employ a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, utilizing your drive and passion for helping people to excel in this role. Key responsibilities include:
  • Sales floor engagement: utilize personalized sales expertise to meet customer needs and exceed targets.
  • Community involvement: participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Flexible scheduling: work a varied schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to cater to customer needs.
  • Adaptability: remain flexible and open to change, ensuring seamless execution of evolving tech and customer-centric initiatives.
  • Prior experience beneficial: while prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is advantageous, comprehensive training and coaching are provided to support success.
The average starting earnings per week begin at approximately $774. With our competitive compensation package, overachieving sales goals can earn top performers up to $62,460 per year, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, and more.
