Warehouse Operations Manager

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our night shift team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of warehouse associates to achieve accurate orders and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
- HACCP certification.
- PCQI certification.
The work takes place in normal warehouse environments as well as in cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees.
Travel10% travel required, typically for mandatory meetings and/or training.
