Philanthropy and Community Relations Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Philanthropy and Community Relations Lead to join our team at Saint-Gobain North America. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our philanthropic efforts and community relations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Strategic Vision
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations
- Plan and Develop Giving Campaigns
- Oversee Grant Reviews
- Support Stakeholder Engagement
You will work closely with our Foundation board members, employees, and internal and external partners to drive our corporate social responsibility impact and enhance our philanthropic efforts.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, nonprofit management, or philanthropy.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to corporate foundations.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
