Regional Sales Director

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by prospecting and closing sales leads for Acieta. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that meets the company's goals. The successful candidate will have experience selling complex automation systems to the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales of automation equipment and system integration
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas
  • Develop an annual business plan in conjunction with the Sales Manager, outlining activities to follow during the fiscal year, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota
  • Have a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage in business conversations with business owners and decision makers, as well as technical people of all levels at customers and potential customers
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale, resulting in the taking of market share from competitors
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on the various solutions Acieta offers to lower their manufacturing costs and increase their productivity
  • Track and report all sales activities using SaleForce

Requirements

  • Five years of sales experience in the Manufacturing/Automation Industry
  • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
