**Job Overview:**

We're seeking an exceptional individual to contribute to the expansion of our global community and enhance software development for the Arches Platform. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to drive innovation and shape the future of heritage data management.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Liaise with the global Arches community, participating in meetings, conferences, webinars, and online forums.
  • Contribute to projects by providing insights on cultural heritage and data management.
  • Create engaging content, including presentations, webinars, blog posts, social media copy, publications, and technical documentation.
  • Facilitate regional and topical user groups, contributing to governance-related activities.
  • Become familiar with the Arches platform's capabilities to effectively engage with the cultural heritage community.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree in information sciences, information technologies, science, cultural heritage, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related fields, preferably with a focus on data management, cultural heritage, or science data.
  • Strong IT skills, ability to learn new software approaches quickly, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for working across disciplines and a solid understanding of cultural heritage practices and values.
