Strategic Partnerships Manager

Our client, a dynamic startup, is transforming the food sector across Asia. This groundbreaking initiative provides food enterprises with a platform to innovate and maintain their operations. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will spearhead sales initiatives to position the client as the leading provider of dark kitchen solutions. Your responsibilities will cover the complete sales process, from product demonstrations to finalizing agreements. The client offers attractive remuneration, including commission opportunities and flexible working conditions. You will also receive training and mentorship from experienced sales experts, promoting your professional development in this exciting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial process, including conducting site visits and finalizing agreements for incoming leads.
- Generate outbound interest through strategic and effective sales techniques, both inside and outside the organization.
- Maintain precise and current CRM data entries regarding potential sales opportunities and keep detailed notes on their status.
- Understand the company's value propositions thoroughly and be able to articulate and address inquiries proficiently.
- Conduct numerous daily site visits, follow up through various communication channels, and participate in other meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to generate leads and secure deals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development or Account Management is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ambitious, inquisitive, and adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
- Experience or knowledge in the hospitality, real estate, eCommerce, food delivery, F&B, or technology sectors would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and G Suite tools.
