Sales Associate/Team Member Job Opportunity at Sally Beauty
Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a Sales Associate/Team Member to join our team at Sally Beauty. As a Sales Associate/Team Member, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, recommending products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Buid relationships and inspire loyalty in customers.
- Recommend additional and complementary products to customers.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise effectively.
- Ensure customers are informed about the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
To be successful as a Sales Associate/Team Member, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
