Job Summary:
Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HVAC Sales Director to lead the growth of our independent distribution partners in the Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee territories.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will require you to manage and develop distributor relationships to drive revenue, profitability, and market share targets. You will work with independent distributors to align on growth objectives and key action drivers to deliver mutual sales growth. Additionally, you will apply sales tools to develop and monitor strategic plans and activities within assigned independent distributor accounts. You will also implement the "Market Playbook" within the assigned geographic territory and develop a Distributor sales strategy consistent with our Products strategic plan for all market segments.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of HVAC Sales experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience developing and managing Distributor/Contractor sales relationships is also necessary. You must be able to travel a minimum of 75% and have prior experience working remotely. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:$85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
