## Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to provide pediatric home services for clients in Jeff City and surrounding areas. As a pediatric home health nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs.

## Responsibilities

* Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and treatment plans.
* Assist in development, review, and revision of the plan of care.
* Build strong emotional connections with patients and their families to offer a supportive and reassuring presence.
* Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician.
* Provide ongoing instruction and supervision of client, family, or other health team personnel in the plan of treatment.
* Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting.
* Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required.

## Requirements

* Active Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License
* Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Positive, Professional attitude
