Neurosurgery Nurse Specialist

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced neurosurgery environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the nursing process based on expanded knowledge and experience
- Provide age-appropriate patient care to include child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Manage critical care, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, and ventilator management
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- 2+ years of experience in neurosurgery or critical care
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
