Job Overview

This role involves direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care plans to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality nursing care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
