Soliant Health is Seeking Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists

We are looking for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in a school district near Lillington, NC. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse student population and make a meaningful impact on their educational and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development and progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and objectives
  • Consult with colleagues, students, and parents to facilitate student success and achievement
  • Manage student behavior and oversee program implementation
  • Comply with school district policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
  • Experience in a school setting preferred
