">Salary and Benefits
">The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

">Job Description
">As a Medical Assistant, you will assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider (Physician or Advanced Practice Provider).
">You will also assist with treatments ordered by the provider as supervised by the provider or registered nurse, perform select clinical duties, interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on patients' charts.
">In addition, you will prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients, perform basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing, and perform basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, and obtain BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
">American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
">You must also obtain Medical Assistant certification within 3 months of hire date or job transfer date, certified or registered both accepted.
">Additional Preferences
">A graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program and back-office experience preferred but not mandatory.
