CNC Machinist Position Overview

At Toyota Boshoku America, we are seeking a skilled CNC machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC machines.

About the Role:
  • Support manufacturing areas with a focus on minimizing downtime and increasing productivity.
  • Program and operate CNC machines to improve dies, fixtures, molds, and equipment preventative maintenance.
  • Set up and run CNC and manual machines in the tool room to produce needed components.
  • Troubleshoot parts when issues occur and maintain work area and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience with CAD, CNC programming required.
  • Experience drawing and programming with MasterCam preferred.
  • CNC, Machine shop, and Kaizen experience a plus.
  • TIG/MIG Welding and fabrication a plus.
  • Experience using an overhead crane a plus.
Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
