We're seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at our Quakertown store. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery department, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage the daily operations of the bakery department, including production, inventory, and customer service.
• Supervise and train bakery team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
• Ensure all bakery products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
