Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge WiFi Access Point solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in embedded systems, wireless networking, and SoC platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of embedded engineers to deliver innovative, carrier-grade WiFi AP products.
  • Manage new SoC integrations, feature development, and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with chip vendors, cross-functional teams, and product stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Guide technical reviews, architecture decisions, and best practices adoption.
  • Foster continuous improvement in product quality, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Networking, Wireless, or related fields along with 8+ years in embedded software development OR Wi-Fi Firmware experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of embedded systems and integration of 3rd-party drivers with various hardware components.
  • Strong understanding of Linux Kernel, drivers, BSP, and IO interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.
  • Expertise in C programming with the ability to guide teams in resolving complex technical challenges.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $135,600.00 - $176,200.00 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes base salary, commission, and incentives.
