Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Associate to join our team in Tustin, CA. As a Tax Senior Associate, you will work closely with our tax team to ensure the successful completion of tax projects, including tax planning, client interaction, and special tax projects.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the tax team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed, including tax planning, client interaction, and performing special tax projects.
  • Gather relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
  • Analyze tax situations from various angles to ensure maximum tax benefits are applied.
  • Prepare accounting-related reports through a paperless office environment.
  • Attend professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax planning and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (or actively pursuing one or the other).
  • 2-3 years of experience in public accounting tax work.
