We are proud to offer a dynamic work environment where you can grow and develop your skills. As an EDI Lead at Stryker, you will be responsible for leading a team of EDI Analysts and coordinating daily priorities and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 2-5 EDI Analysts and the coordination of daily priorities and activities as well as their professional development and the team's overall performance.
  • Setup and maintain EDI master data related to CSR, trading partners and pricing contracts.
  • Work with new accounts to create mapping requirement specifications from trading partner guidelines (850, 855, 810 transactions).
  • Design, write requirements, assist IT to develop, test and implement EDI solutions to meet enhancement requests from Trading Partners and Business Teams.
  • Address technical and functional issues related to EDI, engaging IT and functional resources as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 4+ years of working experience required.
  • EDI - Oracle, X12, EDIFACT, XML experience required.
  • A good understanding of supply chain processes within the medical device industry required.
  • Understanding Agile and Waterfall project management methodology preferred.
