Deli Cook

The Deli Cook position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join the team at Workman's Travel Centers, LLC.

We are seeking a skilled food preparation specialist to work in our deli department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a food service-related position and possess strong customer focus skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food served, ensuring that all food is prepared according to established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and serves food to meet customer expectations
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Ensures accurate food labeling and storage
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in a food service-related position
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
