We are seeking a qualified Caring Social Worker to join our team at St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work and have no prior experience required. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.

You will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and documenting patient information in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
