We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Geriatric care to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized patient care to geriatric patients
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in geriatric nursing
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Delaware
- An ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
