Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve processing problems, including missing information and improperly submitted filings

• Assess penalties within established limits based on standard violations

• Conduct research in Integrated Data Retrieval System (IDRS) and Currency and Banking Retrieval System (CBRS)

• Assemble case files, research issues, and determine and levy penalties

• Respond to inquiries from Revenue Agents, taxpayers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• 1 year of specialized experience in a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
