Position Overview

SUMMARY: Antonio Origlio Inc. is a prominent wholesale distributor specializing in a diverse range of premium beers, ciders, hard seltzers, and innovative adult beverages. As a family-owned enterprise with a rich history, we have been serving the Southeastern Pennsylvania region since 1933, committed to excellence in every aspect of our business.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: We provide a competitive base salary along with opportunities to earn monthly incentives. Our compensation package includes a weekly vehicle allowance, a monthly mobile phone allowance, and eligibility for comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and promote a portfolio of products within the designated territory.
  • Adhere to established call frequency standards.
  • Execute monthly objectives related to volume, distribution, and merchandising.
  • Ensure proper stocking, rotation, and quality maintenance of products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or sales.
  • A strong competitive spirit aimed at achieving retail success.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with the market is a significant advantage.
