Job Overview

The Restaurant Shift Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and developing high-performing teams. This role involves managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a positive work environment, coach and develop team members, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Operations Management: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, manage inventory, and maintain high levels of food quality and safety.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, ensure accurate orders, and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and retain top talent, manage employee schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Control: Manage cash handling procedures, maintain accurate records, and control inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to company safety protocols, and report any incidents or concerns.
Benefits:
