About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ascend Learning. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of technical issues, product configuration, and onboarding support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via email, chat, and phone, identifying and resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, addressing questions, providing product information, training, and investigating reported issues.
  • Configure customer programs from scratch on our platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to develop customer resources such as PDFs, PowerPoints, workflows, scripts, and videos.
  • Work closely with Product/Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and efficient issue resolution.
  • Host pre-demo preparation for Sales teams and conduct quality checks on programs built and resources furnished.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service background experience, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Office 360 and Google Products, with the ability to become familiar with new products quickly.
  • Self-sufficiency with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines, and carrying out routine tasks unprompted.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English, including presenting complex concepts clearly.
  • A track record of working effectively within dynamic cross-functional teams.
  • Proper documentation of issues and resolutions, escalations, and reassignments as necessary.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
