Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary:

Nexus Talent Connect is seeking an exceptional Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our prestigious law firm in Tampa, FL. This is an in-person position where your expertise will make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex personal injury cases from inception through trial with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Manage 20-30 cases and oversee a portfolio of cases.
  • Aid firms grow by acquiring 1-2 new cases each month.
  • Utilize your extensive trial experience to represent clients effectively in court.
  • Prepare for and conduct 1-3 trials annually with superior litigation and courtroom proficiency.
  • Provide compassionate and dedicated representation to ensure clients receive the justice they deserve.
  • Work closely with a team of legal professionals to develop and execute legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and execute litigation strategies and business development plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in personal injury law, with significant trial experience and managing high volume caseload.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
  • Civil Trial Florida board-certified.
  • Proven history of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from $180,000- $250,000 depending on experience, before additional performance-based bonuses.
  • 20 days of paid time off.
