Adult Psychiatrist

ProHealth Care's premier behavioral health program seeks to hire a board-certified psychiatrist with a focus on ECT/TMS therapy.
As a key member of our team, you will provide psychiatric evaluations, medical management, and consultation with patients to implement appropriate treatment. You will also interact with a team of psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, psychotherapists, and social workers to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs ECT/TMS therapy.
• Provides psychiatric evaluation on all new patients and establishes treatment recommendations using age-appropriate techniques.
• Prescribes and manages patient medication and treatment.
• Maintains appropriate, legible, and timely written patient records and submits patient-billing information accurately and on time.
Requirements:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a residency in psychiatry.
• Completion of a psychiatric residency program from an accredited residency program.
• Wisconsin State licensure required.
• Board eligible in appropriate specialty (board certified preferred).
• Full ProHealth Waukesha and/or Oconomowoc Memorial Hospitals medical staff membership.
