Software Development Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team at Capital One. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of driving innovation and transformation within the company.
About the Role:- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions that meet regulatory needs and drive business outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, share knowledge, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with product managers to develop and implement robust software systems that enhance customer experiences and drive financial empowerment for millions of Americans.
- Utilize a range of programming languages, including JavaScript, React, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, and experience with container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as AWS tools and services.
You'll be part of the Card Loyalty platform team at Capital One, building a modern and scalable configuration management platform to deliver secure, seamless, resilient, and self-service experiences for customers and partners.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
