We're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the success of multiple enterprise and product priorities. As a key member of our Strategic Programs Technical Project Management office, you'll play a critical role in driving cross-functional efforts and aligning systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports, identifying and mitigating risks to delivery and managing dependencies throughout the project.
  • Collect requirements and ensure plans are well-defined, clearly documented, and agreed to by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum processes and implement program and Agile best practices to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Provide regular program updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Raise risks, blockers, and competing priorities to relevant parties in a timely and organized manner.
  • Foster clear communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, ensuring smooth information flow between different teams and departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of technical program management experience in a SaaS/BtB environment with a consistent track record of successful program deliveries and implementations.
  • Expertise in using productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack) for team management and reporting.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Extensive experience and working knowledge of SaaS application development.
  • Ability to identify underlying issues, influence without formal authority, and facilitate team building collaboration.
  • Experienced in regularly reporting program status to C-level executives and initiating change management negotiations.
  • Skilled in simultaneously orchestrating the work of designers, product teams, engineering, and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • PMP and/or PgMP certifications preferred.
