Job Summary:
The AdvancedPCB Plating Entry Level Trainee plays a vital role in the development of our team. As an Electroplating Specialist, you will be responsible for learning and performing various operations within the Plate Department.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electroplating Specialist. In this role, you will learn how to operate and maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance, and work collaboratively with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learns to start up, operate, and shut down Plating Department equipment
- Performs tasks as directed by the Plate Lead and/or Supervisor
- Leads own work to ensure high-quality results
- Learns to read/fill out Process Travelers, logs, and charts
- Assists in maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Ability to read prints and follow documented procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 50lbs
- Basic math skills and ability to understand process procedures
- Experience in the PCB industry is a plus
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated), depending on location and experience.
