Medical Office Coordinator

Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical calls with the physician, scheduling follow-up tests and referrals, and providing administrative support as needed.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced healthcare professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating physician schedules and ensuring efficient use of time
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and procedures
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Experience working in a healthcare setting (at least 3 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
