Avera Sister James Care Center is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability in patients.

About the Position
  • This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $43.25-$61.75 per hour, dependent on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of South Dakota.
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
