**About the Role**

The Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Ferriday is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Director to join our team. As a key member of our hospital's leadership, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing our Quality Program to meet the needs of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the Quality Program to meet the needs of the hospital approved by the Hospital Governance Committee under the Direction of the Corporate Quality Director.
  • Provide education to leadership, medical staff, hospital staff, and Governing Body on quality management best practices.
  • Facilitate performance improvement activities and CQI activities throughout the hospital through the QAPI plan.
  • Act as a resource person to administrative team, department managers, and medical staff on quality-related matters.
  • Assist department managers with preparation for all committee meetings as needed.
  • Prepare for all regulatory body surveys, i.e., the accrediting organization, State Licensing Review, CMS Validation surveys.
  • Focus the plan on the basis of 3 categories: Quality Management, Risk Management, and Staff Educator.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting in healthcare and/or medical industry.
  • Previous experience in quality or performance improvement activities preferred.
  • Current Clinical licensure in the State of Practice.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to easily acclimate to changing schedules.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions; ability to follow verbal instructions.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$34 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
