Executive Chef

Catch Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Sous Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food, committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences, and dedicated to cultivating team culture through mentorship and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and company safety rules.
Utilize discipline and counseling as a personnel tool to manage employee performance and behavior.
Re-train employees as necessary and orient new employees on company and restaurant policies and procedures.
Coach employees to improve performance, commitment to the company, and commitment to quality and service.
Teach and motivate employees on customer service skills, techniques, and performance standards.
Stimulate productivity and solid performance through strong leadership, effective planning, and solid management techniques.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of Culinary Management experience.
Strong knowledge and attention to detail on back of the house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, and food/labor cost.
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic.
